MigraBina ist ein Projekt des Iberoamérica e.V.; mit unserem Angebot richten wir uns an Migranten, v.a. an Paare und Familien in einer binationalen, auch gleichgeschlechtlichen, Beziehung.
Wir sind die erste und einzige Beratungsstelle für binationale Familien in Thüringen und sind bemüht, dieses Angebot allmählich auch für andere Städte des Bundeslandes auszubauen. Wir beraten Sie vertraulich, anonym und kostenlos.
Wir bieten Sozialberatung in allgemeinen, sozialen und rechtlichen Fragen, in Fragen der interkulturellen Erziehung und in Konfliktsituationen, u.a. bei folgenden Themen:
• Binationale Eheschließung
• Familienzusammenführung (Kindernachzug)
• Aufenthaltsrecht
• Einbürgerung
• Erziehungs-und Bildungsfragen
• Mehrsprachige Erziehung der Kinder
• Sprachförderung und Vermittlung von Sprachförderung
• Partnerschaftskonflikte: Krisen, Trennung, Scheidung
• Umgangsrecht/Sorgerecht
Wir möchten nicht nur beraten, sondern die von den Zugewanderten mitgebrachten Fähigkeiten und Ressourcen für die Gesellschaft sichtbar und nützlich machen. Unsere Sozialberatungsstelle ist daher bemüht ihre Beratungstätigkeiten durch Integrationsangebote zu ergänzen, wobei die Zugewanderten selbst eine aktive Rolle haben.
Bei Seminaren und Treffen möchten wir Sie über Themen wie interkulturelle Erziehung, das deutsche Schul- und Bildungssystem, Gesundheitssystem, Arbeitsmarktzugang u.a. informieren und uns damit auseinandersetzen.
Auch regelmäßige Angebote wie Kinderecke, Mutter/Vater/Kind-Treffen und internationale Frauenrunde finden statt.

Während der Sprechzeiten brauchen Sie keine Voranmeldung, eine telefonische Absprache ist aber zu empfehlen.
Wir beraten in Deutsch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch und Französisch. Bei anderen Sprachen werden nach Bedarf Dolmetscher hinzugezogen.

Nuestro servicio está dirigido a migrantes, pero sobre todo a familias compuestas por personas de diferentes nacionalidades, así como a parejas del mismo sexo.
En Turingia somos los primeros y únicos en ofrecer éste tipo de servicios, y nos esforzamos cada día para consolidarnos y desarrollarnos a otras ciudades de Turingia. Nuestro asesoramiento es confidencial, anónimo y gratuito.
Ofrecemos asesoria general en el ámbito social y judicial, así como en educación, en situaciones de conflicto y además en los siguientes temas:
• Unión matrimonial (binacional)
• Reagrupación familiar
• Derecho de residencia o permanencia
• Naturalización
• Educación y formación
• Educación de niños multilingües
• Fomento del idioma
• Conflictos familiares: crisis, separación, divorcio
• Patria Potestata derecho de custodia
Nuestro objetivo no es solamente el asesorar migrantes sino también el hacer perceptible y ante todo útil en la sociedad los recursos y habilidades con los que cuentan.
Nuestra asesoria se complementa con ofertas sobre integración dónde el migrante participa activamente.
Durante los seminarios y encuentros brindamos información amplia sobre educación intercultural, el sistema educativo alemán, el sistema de sanidad y el mercado laboral.
Ofrecemos también El Rincón Infantil, reuniones familiares, encuentro internacional de mujeres.

A project of the Iberoamérica Association, MigraBina aims to help immigrants, especially couples and families in a binational, as well as same-sex, relationship.
We are the first and only binational information centre for families in Thuringia, and strive to expand our offer gradually for other cities in the state. Our advice is confidential, anonymous and free of charge.
We provide social counseling in general as well as regarding legal issues, on intercultural education issues and in conflict situations, including on the following topics:
• Binational marriage
• Family reunion (subsequent immigration of children)
• Residence
• Naturalization
• Educational issues
• Multilingual education for children
• Language support and mediation of language teaching
• Partnership conflicts; crises, separation and divorce
• Rights of access/custody
We want to not only advise, but to make the skills and resources that the immigrants have visible and useful to society. Our social counseling is therefore geared at complementing its consulting activities through integration services, with the immigrants themselves playing an active role.
At seminars and meetings we want to inform them on topics such as intercultural education, the school and education system, health system and labor market access.
Regular offerings such as children’s corner, mother/father/child meetings and international women’s rounds will also take place.

„MigraBina“ est une conception de l’association iberoaméricaine. Nous nous sommes fixer pour objectif de conseiller voire d’apporter notre aide en particulier à des migrants, des couples , familles bi-nationales y compris des couples de même sexe.
Nous sommes le seul centre d’information dans l’Etat deThuringe. Basé à Jena, mais nous nous efforçons d’étendre notre activité dans toutes les villes de Thuringe. Biensûr nous vous conseillons en toute confidentialité, anonymité et surtout nos services sont gratuits.
Nous mettons un accent particulier sur les questions sociales, juridiques, de l’éducation interculturelle et les situations de conflit. Aussi les thèmes suivants sont pris en considération:
• Le mariage binational
• Le regroupement familial
• Droit de séjour
• La question de nationalité
• Les questions d’éducation
• Possibilité d’une éducation multilingue
• Promotion des langues et de soutien linguistique
• Litiges de partenariat : crises, séparation, divorce
• Les droits / La garde (des enfants)
Notre but n’est pas seulement de vous conseiller, mais de vous donner la possibilité de exercer vos compétences afin de mieux vous intégrer dans la société . C’est dans cette perspective que nous organisons des séminaires et rencontres sur des thèmes comme l’éducation interculturelle, le système éducatif allemand, le système de santé, l’accès au marché du travail. Aussi, nous organisons des coins de rencontres pour mère/ père et enfant.
